      <title>Underwriting Analyst</title>
      <description><![CDATA[<p><b>THE COMPANY</b></p><p>SolarAccess Energy delivers comprehensive energy servicing solutions for the residential solar sector.&nbsp; Our core belief is that sustained economic growth in the 21st century requires sustained growth in energy alternatives.</p><p>Solar Access Energy serves that belief by offering its customers a comprehensive, end-to-end servicing solution including financial asset management, account services, billing and collections, fleet management, and customer support to third-party asset owners and retail customers.</p><p><b>THE POSITION</b></p><p>The Underwriting Analyst is responsible for underwriting consumers who have applied for solar financing.&nbsp; SolarAccess Energy is looking for someone who is interested in the renewable energy sector and in a stable work environment on a transaction processing team.</p><p>Key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Completion of Underwriting Tasks within expected service levels at pre-determined quality level</li><li>Perform analyses on consumers to verify they are a qualified / desired candidate</li><li>Perform analyses on solar asset production estimates and utility bill information to ensure that solar assets will perform as expected </li><li>Evaluate recorded phone calls for determine understanding of terms and potential fraud detection</li><li>Review documents for consistency and accuracy of information</li><li>Data Entry </li><li>Interact with external business partners to obtain sufficient and correct paperwork</li><li>Routine Reporting Tasks and Report delivery </li><li>Organize paperwork and submit documentation to contribute to fund reporting</li><li>Contribute to additional special projects within Financial Operations as needed</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><ul><li>Ability to identify limiting factor points in process and make suggestions for improvements</li><li>Strong analytic and math skills</li><li>Demonstrate strong organizational skills</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li><li>Outstanding analytical and cognitive ability</li><li>Comfortable working hard in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Proven success as an individual contributor and as a team member</li><li>Excel in a high-volume, high-quality environment</li><li>Sound judgment and business acumen</li><li>1 year of customer service experience, desired but not required</li><li>Solar industry experience preferred, but not required</li><li>Start up experience strongly preferred</li></ul><p><b>EDUCATION</b></p><p>Minimum of a Bachelor's degree</p><p><b>BENEFITS</b></p><p>SolarAccess Energy offers competitive benefits for medical, dental and vision.</p><p><b>EQUAL OPPORTUNITY</b></p><p>We value a diverse work environment.       <title>Sr. Manager, Corporate Development &amp; Structured Finance</title>
      <description><![CDATA[<p><b><span>THE COMPANY</span></b></p><p><span>SolarAccess Energy delivers comprehensive energy servicing solutions for the residential solar sector.&nbsp; Our core belief is that sustained economic growth in the 21<sup>st</sup> century requires sustained growth in energy alternatives.</span></p><p><span>Solar Access Energy serves that belief by offering its customers a comprehensive, end-to-end servicing solution including financial asset management, account services, billing and collections, fleet management, and customer support to third-party asset owners and retail customers.</span></p><p><b><span>THE POSITION</span></b></p><p><span>The Sr. Manager of Structured Finance &amp; Portfolio Management is responsible for the day-to-day accounting operations, and management of the month end close process, monthly reporting, technical accounting research, contract review, policy implementation and documentation, and all relevant support for audits and tax compliance.</span></p><p><span>Key responsibilities include:</span></p><ul><li>Lead negotiations and structuring with financing counterparties for large-scale solar assets, including raising tax equity, construction debt, term debt, and other financial products</li><li>Manage performing all aspects of transaction execution including project marketing, negotiation of financing terms, investor due diligence, structuring and financial modeling, internal project management</li><li>Running routine meetings with third party capital providers and lenders and maintaining relationship</li><li>Build out and oversee Fund Management Team including but not limited to: &nbsp;accurate external and internal fund reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, Tracking and ensuring compliance of all of our obligations under the fund transaction documents, </li><li>Updating financial models of existing tax equity funds and debt facilities on a monthly basis</li><li>Prepare and maintain complex energy project models to be used for valuation, scenario analysis, optimization, marketing and third-party presentations and negotiations.</li><li>Prepare offering materials, including powerpoint presentations and offering memoranda</li><li>Prepare analysis to support business development opportunities such as new markets, customer segments or technology applications</li></ul><p><span></span></p><p><b><span>QUALIFICATIONS</span></b></p><ul><li>Minimum of 5-8 yearsâ€™ experience building and maintaining complex financial models and executing on financial transactions, including negotiations and closings related to project financings, equity or debt offerings, M&amp;A or similar transactions. Experience at top tier investment bank, private equity firm, corporate development team or project development experience preferred.</li><li>Detailed understanding of renewable energy tax equity and debt structures, including understanding of merits and structure of partnership flip and lease pass through tax equity structures.</li><li>Strong financial modeling skills</li><li>Strong communication skills required.
